SUSAN DENMAN FOSTER

Susan M. FOSTER, died at her home 2 ½ mile north of Waveland at 8:30 o’clock Saturday. Death was attributed to the infirmities of age. She was born September 8, 1860 near Alamo, the daughter of Moses and Jemima Lee Denman. She united in marriage to James T. Foster in Waveland April 18, 1895. Mrs. Foster was a member of Wolf Creek Primitive Baptist Church where she served as church clerk from March 1893 until her death. She was the last survivor of a family of 12. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Mima Booher, New Market, a son, Lee of Waveland and 3 grandchildren, Mrs. Robert Buser of Rantoul, Ill; Dorothy and Jon Foster of Waveland. Funeral services were conducted Tuesday afternoona t the Noble Reeves Funeral Home in Charge of Rev. Ernest F. Prevo of Mace. Burial in Masonic Cemetery.  --kbz
